Megan O’Leary

Design Director

Megan O’Leary is a design director for TrialGraphix, a litigation consulting firm specializing in jury consulting, graphic design, presentation technologies, and trial preparation solutions. Ms. O’Leary oversees animation and graphic design projects from conception to finalization, successfully managing staffing resources to ensure the highest quality service and output, on time and on budget. With experience guiding graphics and animation strategies for legal matters, Ms. O’Leary collaborates with trial team members and production staff to recommend the most persuasive methods of presenting case facts and information. Her experience includes working with clients on large-scale, complex legal matters that require a senior hand and a practiced eye. She holds particular expertise in litigation matters involving pharmaceutical, product liability, intellectual property, commercial, insurance, employment, and personal injury litigation. Ms. O’Leary also provided strategic consultation and design expertise on all graphics and animations created for the National Commission’s investigation into the root causes of the BP Deepwater Horizon oil rig explosion.

Previously, Ms. O’Leary worked for Industrial Virtual Reality Inc., where she developed training and marketing materials for a virtual reality software program designed for university professors and instructors. As an analyst for Northern States Power Company, she provided analysis and reporting for both commercial and residential end users and participated in utility rate filing and hearing proceedings. 

Ms. O’Leary received a master’s degree in mechanical engineering with a focus on virtual reality applications of mechanical design from Iowa State University of Science and Technology. Additionally, she holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Iowa State University of Science and Technology.
