Adam Brucks is a Partner with TrialGraphix based in Falls Church, VA. In his role, Adam uses his extensive experience to simplify complex legal concepts through the use of clear and compelling graphics; ultimately assisting attorneys in identifying effective case themes and developing persuasive visual presentations.
Since 2006, Adam has supported clients in all manner of legal proceedings, including client presentations, technology tutorials, Markman hearings, class certification hearings, mediations, arbitrations, trial simulations, jury & bench trials, and regulatory proceedings.
Notable cases include: In re Titanium Dioxide Antitrust Litigation – antitrust price fixing class action; Tullett Prebon Financial Services, et al. v. BGC Financial, et al. – claims of financial data theft; Bibb, et al. v. Monsanto – toxic tort class action; Smith, et al. v. Monsanto, et al. – polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) “food chain” case; Visto v. RIM – patent dispute involving smartphone technology; GE v. Mitsubishi – patent dispute involving wind turbine technology; Jackson Family Wines v. Diageo – trademark infringement; and In re Fannie Mae Securities Litigation – as lead consultant, Adam developed multiple presentations for a large joint defense group involved in this high-profile securities fraud matter.
Prior to joining TrialGraphix , Adam worked for a national litigation consulting firm where he oversaw the business development efforts and led the client service practice for their Washington D.C. office.
Adam holds a B.S. in Mass Communication with a concentration in visual communication, as well as, a minor in Business Administration from Illinois State University
