Scott Carlin is a Partner at TrialGraphix and is based in the New York office. He has extensive experience in managing large-scale projects and meeting the stringent demands of litigation.

Scott has assisted trial teams in hundreds of cases involving intellectual property, pharmaceutical, antitrust, commercial, securities, contracts, insurance, environmental, employment and labor relations, product liability, medical malpractice, and criminal matters. Throughout these engagements, Scott’s primary focus has been combining technology, creative thinking, and superior problem solving to design innovative, targeted, and comprehensive solutions.

Using his skills in business process improvement, Scott professionally manages his staff and client engagements with a focus on value, quality, and relationship building in order to exceed expectations.

Notable cases include: Apple Inc. v. Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. et al; Apple v. Motorola; Verizon Directories Corp. v. Yellow Book USA, Inc.; AIG v. Starr International Company; American International Group v. Starr International Company Inc. and C.V. Starr & Co; Terra Firma Investments v. Citigroup Inc.; Tyco International et al v. Kozlowski; and King Pharmaceuticals, Inc. et al. v. Actavis, Inc., et al.

Prior to joining TrialGraphix, Scott was the Senior Director of Operations for a national litigation consulting firm. In addition, he also spent time as the lead developer for a leading technology consulting firm.

Scott holds a B.A. in Business Communications from the State University of New York at Oneonta.
