Tom Lofgren is a Presentation Consultant with TrialGraphix and is based in Alexandria, VA. For 32 years, Tom has specialized in crafting persuasive and creative informational graphics by utilizing his skills in concept development and multimedia presentation design.
Over the last fourteen years, Tom has been an integral member of trial teams representing the interests of major pharmaceutical companies in mass torts. Working closely with expert witnesses and legal teams, Tom assumes responsibility from early conceptual development and mock trials through to verdict and has developed a broad array of mixed media materials that have successfully conveyed complex concepts to jurists.
During a series of cases (Vioxx) in Federal Court in New Orleans, Tom developed an interactive animation used with expert witnesses. The animation became a cornerstone of the demonstrative evidence presented in all the successfully defended Vioxx cases.
Tom has also contributed to numerous IP cases encompassing a wide range of technology, chemistry and medical compounds and devices.
Prior to joining RLM in 2008, Tom provided a broad range of mediabased and technical services both as an independent consultant and staff member. These services include 3D modeling and animation, digital video editing and production, web and database design and implementation, digital audio production and editing (including musical composition), interactive design and production, as well as presentation and traditional graphic design and production.
