Jason Rudd is a Technology Consultant with TrialGraphix, who has supported over 250 trials in his career. In his 17 plus years in the industry Jason has supported trial teams before judges, juries and arbitration panels across the country on diverse cases involving intellectual property, biomedical, environmental, insurance and wrongful termination matters, among others.
Drawing on previous experience as a producer at an interactive marketing agency creating programs for companies such as Boehringer Ingelheim, Citibank, Merrill Lynch and Pfizer, he choreographs presentations using the most current technology available. Praised by clients for his meticulous attention to detail and breadth of experience, “I never walk into a courtroom or arbitration with a question unanswered,” he says.
Notable matters include: Breed Technologies v. AlliedSignal; Hogan v. Novartis Pharms. Corp., (E.D.N.Y.); and Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corp et al v. Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc.
Jason’s significant hot-seat experience enables him to anticipate and alleviate many client concerns associated with assembling a new team and collaboratively trying a case. When lawyers are arguing patent terms or claims, for example, he is familiar enough with the details to seamlessly support the advocacy, rather than simply maintain the technology.
Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications from The Pennsylvania State University, and graduated from the University’s honors program.
